Just one block off Main Street in historic
Cooperstown Village, our B&B is located in a

steeples and provides the perfect combination of
convenience and quiet comfort. The National
Baseball Hall of Fame, Lake Otsego, art
galleries, restaurants, and many shopping areas
are all within a 2 min. stroll of this
well-known Cooperstown Bed & Breakfast. And
with our off-street parking, you can leave your
cars and cares behind while you enjoy our
quaint
village.
1805 Phinney House Bed &
Breakfast
is a Federal-period home built in 1805 on
historic Phinney's Farm, now in the heart of
Cooperstown.
Phinney's Farm later became famous as the site
of the first playing of Abner Doubleday's new
game, "Baseball." Since
1805 Phinney House's
backyard and Doubleday Field share the third
base bleachers as common boundaries, the crack
of the bat and cheering of the fans can be seen
and heard from our property.
Accommodations
at 1805 Phinney House
Bed & Breakfast
are a perfect combination of bygone charm
combined with modern conveniences. All rooms
have a private bath and are decorated with fine
furniture and accessories designed for your
comfort. Our guest living area and library are
for your use, as is the veranda overlooking our
lovely flower gardens. We serve a full
homemade breakfast.
